This is a public offer to enter into an agreement to use Riverdell — an order-tracking service for freelancers. By registering or starting to use the service you fully accept these terms and the agreement is concluded.

As of this revision the service is provided free of charge. Paid features (plans) may be introduced later under separate terms published on the site that will require separate acceptance.

Riverdell is an auxiliary tracking tool; the provider is not a party to relations between you and your clients. You enter order data and files yourself and are fully responsible for their lawfulness and for having a legal basis to process any third-party (client) information they contain.

The service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted operation; please keep your own backups of important data. Prohibited use (illegal activity, unauthorized access, malware, network attacks, unlawful content) may lead to restriction or termination of access.

Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy and Federal Law No. 152-FZ; deleting your account withdraws consent and removes your data. Disputes are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. Contact: support chat on the site or studio.madriver@gmail.com.
