Riverdell.ru is an order-tracking service for freelancers: calendar, deadlines, money, documents and statistics in one place — on the web and in the Android and iPhone apps.

Features:
1. Everything about an order in one card — work and delivery dates, price and extra services, payments, expenses, a task checklist, links to materials and attached files.
2. Money is calculated for you — the balance, agent commission, tax (self-employed or simplified regime) and profit come from the order lines; nothing to recalculate after an edit.
3. Availability calendar — orders plus separate deadline marks: booked dates are visible before you reply to a client.
4. Reminders — about the start of work and the delivery deadline, with a “how far in advance” setting on each order.
5. Statistics — revenue, profit, average order, profit per hour, on-time share, an income chart; open any figure to see which orders it is made of.
6. “My clients” — a client list with contacts, order history, income and outstanding debt for each client.
7. “Products & services” — a catalog with photos (up to three per item): picking an item fills in the order title, price and expenses.
8. Online price list — a page with your services, prices and photos at your own link, with a logo and a choice of design; clients can open photos full size.
9. Order page for your client — via a link the client sees the status, deadline and place in the queue, and can subscribe to email updates.
10. Documents and taxes — a signed certificate of completion, the simplified-tax declaration on the official form, the income ledger (KUDiR), a tax calendar and warnings about income limits.
11. Voice order entry — dictate an order in the app and the form fills itself in; speech is recognised on the device, offline.
12. Works offline — the apps keep orders on the device and sync on their own once you are back online.
13. Import and export — bring events over from Google, Yandex or Apple Calendar (.ics file) and export orders to Excel.
14. Make it yours — custom order statuses with names and colours, a currency sign for amounts, light and dark themes, Russian and English.
15. Privacy — signing in needs only an email or Yandex ID, no name or phone number. Data is stored on servers in Russia and is not transferred abroad, IP addresses are not written to the database, orders and files are visible only to you. Deleting the account erases its content.
16. Live support — chat with an operator right inside the service, with screenshots.
17. Regular updates — we keep improving the service based on user feedback.

Detailed statistics for any period, documents and tax reporting, import and export, file attachments for orders, item photos, the client order page, the price list, voice entry and unlimited lists are part of PRO. Every new account gets the first PRO month free.

Yes — Riverdell was built as an order tracking app for photographers and adjacent trades: videographers, editors, designers, service providers.

What it covers:

• Availability calendar — booked dates are visible before you reply to a client, so you cannot take two shoots on the same day by accident.
• Deposits and balance — each order records what was paid and what is still owed.
• Deadlines — the shooting date and the delivery date are tracked separately, with reminders for both.
• Costs per order — studio and lighting rental, assistant, stock, travel. Profit is calculated from them, not just turnover.

Compared to a spreadsheet: a table has to be designed and maintained by hand, it will not remind you about a deadline, will not show which dates are taken and will not calculate profit with costs on its own.

With two or three shoots a month plain notes are enough. It starts paying off when orders begin to overlap.

The Android and iPhone apps work offline: orders, calendar and statistics are stored on the device itself, not only on the server.

Offline you can do everything you do online — create an order, change an amount, mark a payment, open the dashboard. Changes queue up and reach the server on their own once you are back online; there is no «sync» button to press.

The on-device database is encrypted.

The web version works offline in read-only mode: recently loaded orders stay visible, but you cannot create or edit in a browser without a connection.

Yes. Riverdell imports orders from a calendar via an .ics file — the standard format exported by Google Calendar, Yandex Calendar, Apple Calendar and Outlook.

• export your calendar to .ics;
• open «Orders → Import» and pick the file;
• you get a preview first: nothing is written until you confirm;
• events become orders with a title, date and time — price, client and costs can be added later.

Importing the same file twice does not create duplicates: events are recognised by their own identifiers. Exporting orders to Excel is available too.

Import and export are part of PRO; in the free version of the apps they can be unlocked for a day by watching an ad.

Monthly income is calculated on the dashboard automatically from the orders that fall into the selected period. Turnover and profit are shown separately.

• Total value — base price plus additional services.
• Profit — the same figure minus order costs (rental, assistant, stock, travel), agent commission and tax if you have chosen a tax regime.
• Average order — value divided by the number of orders.
• Profit per hour — for orders with working time filled in.
• On time and overdue — based on delivery dates; only orders with a deadline count.

Cancelled orders are left out of the money figures. Tax is calculated from payments actually received, not from the order price.

The period is picked at the top: this or last month, 3, 6 or 12 months, this or last year, all time or custom dates, with a comparison against the previous period of the same length. Open any figure to see the orders behind it. The free version shows statistics for this and last month; PRO covers any period.

A regular CRM manages deals and a sales funnel — how to move a lead to a purchase. Riverdell manages orders you have already taken: deadline, price, costs, payments and the outstanding balance.

• a CRM revolves around the client and the deal stage; here it is the order and its delivery date. There is still a client list: contacts, order history and debts are collected from the orders automatically;
• a CRM usually has to be configured — custom fields, statuses, pipelines. Here the fields are already the ones a freelancer needs; nothing has to be configured;
• a CRM rarely calculates profit per job including costs and tax; here that is the main number;
• a CRM has no availability calendar in the sense a photographer needs it.

A separate class is studio CRM: online booking, room reservations, staff schedules, invoices — built for a studio as a venue. If you work alone and clients come from chat rather than a booking form, most of that sits unused.

What Riverdell does not have and will not: sales funnels, mass mailing to a client base, telephony, ad platform integrations.

No. Riverdell works entirely from a phone — there are Android and iPhone apps, and the same thing opens in a browser.

• Android 8.0+ — from RuStore or an installation file from the site;
• iPhone with iOS 17+ — from the App Store;
• browser on a computer, tablet or the same phone — nothing to install, and the site can be added to the home screen.

A computer is handier for bulk data entry and for reading charts, but everything can be done from a phone, including offline.

Your orders will not disappear: they are stored on the server as well as on the phone. Reinstall the app, sign in, and everything comes back — calendar, payments and statistics included. You can also sign in from a browser without installing anything.

• if you worked offline and deleted the app before the connection came back, the last edits were still queued on the device — let the app go online once before deleting;
• if you worked without an account, orders were stored only on that device and are lost with the app — create an account beforehand and your orders move into it;
• attachments and exported files cached on the device are wiped on deletion and on sign-out, for privacy;
• you can get a copy of your data at any time: in PRO by exporting to Excel, on the free plan by asking in the support chat;
• deleting the app and deleting the account are different things. The account is deleted separately in the profile, and that is irreversible.

In PRO — yes: one account works on any number of devices at once — phone, tablet, computer in a browser. Signing in on a new device does not sign you out of the old one.

Orders sync between devices on their own. If two devices edited the same order while one was offline, the app does not overwrite anything silently — it shows the conflict and asks which version to keep. Your devices and active sessions are listed in the profile, where you can revoke any of them — a lost phone, for instance.

On the free plan the account works on one device — a phone or the website in a browser. The session already open keeps working, but signing in on another device is not allowed. Reinstalling the app on the same phone does not count as a new device. If your phone is lost, reset your password: that ends all previous sessions.

For your own bookkeeping and paperwork — yes. But Riverdell does not issue fiscal receipts and sends nothing to the tax authority: a self-employed person still issues a receipt for every payment in the official «My tax» app or through a bank, and only that receipt has legal force.

What Riverdell does with taxes:

• calculates tax in every order: 4% / 6% for the self-employed regime (individuals / companies), 6% for the simplified «Income» regime, 15% for «Income minus expenses». Tax is taken from payments actually received and subtracted from profit;
• warns you when yearly income approaches the self-employed limit or the VAT threshold;
• prepares a signed certificate of completion as a PDF for your client;
• for sole proprietors on the simplified «Income» regime without employees — fills in the tax declaration on the official form and keeps the income ledger (KUDiR), with a tax calendar of payment and filing dates;
• shows income for a period from orders rather than bank statements, and who still owes you.

The service cannot file the declaration for you — you sign and submit it yourself. The certificate, declaration and ledger are part of PRO.

Your profile on the website has an «Invite a friend» block with your personal link and code. Send the link to a friend: you and your friend get +15 days of PRO when they sign up with it and confirm their email.

• if your friend signed up in the app rather than via the link, they can enter your code within 7 days of signing up — in the profile on the website or in the promo code field;
• the invitation counts for new accounts, once per person, and does not stack with an ambassador code;
• the days are added to the current PRO period — for a new user, on top of the free trial month.
