Order tracking for freelancers
Riverdell keeps track of the orders you take and deliver — for photographers, videographers, editors, designers and service providers. The order, its deadline and the money for it live in one card instead of three different places: a chat, a phone calendar and a banking app.
Who it is for
People whose orders started to overlap. Two jobs a month need nothing but notes; fifteen, each with its own deadline and deposit, are what memory loses first. Riverdell replaces a spreadsheet: the same data, but with deadline reminders, an availability calendar and profit calculated for you.
How it works
Existing bookings can be imported from a calendar as an .ics file — Google, Yandex or Apple Calendar — with no retyping. After that the work happens on a phone: the Android and iPhone apps run offline and sync on their own once you are back online. One account works on any number of devices; data is stored on servers in Russia.
What stops getting lost
- Double bookings. The availability calendar shows which dates are taken — before you tell a client «I am in».
- Forgotten deposits. Each order records what was paid and what is still owed.
- Missed deadlines. The working date and the delivery date are tracked separately, with reminders for both.
- Unclear income. Costs — rental, assistant, stock, travel — are subtracted, so you see profit rather than turnover.
